Island Pasta Co. is one of the most popular dining destinations, not only in bustling downtown Melbourne, but in all of Brevard County. Our menu is chock full of flavorful pastas and amazing entrees. We were the first to bring Brazilian Caipirinhas, made with sugar cane rum, to the area.
